I offer package discounts with the purchase of a center diamond or gemstone and the custom built piece in which to set it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A conversation to determine the clients needs and budget, and then a face to face or telephone meeting to select gemstones and discuss the details of the design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the industry since 1983 and running my own business since 1990. I was trained at the bench through internship, and at the Gemological Institute of America. I have certification from GIA in diamonds and colored stones and was the sales manager at Tiffany and Company Atlanta in the late 1980's.
