Alex contacted me promptly. told me rate up front. worked with me on availability. showed up on time and reviewed what i needed. worked the entire time. went and bought supplies. quiet and polite. will use him again. 2 small things - didnt seal holes in wall and need to get rid of all bit of little of trash left behind. Definitely worth it to try him.
