They took out an old heating & air unit and installed a new one with 100% professionalism!! Time, cost, results all impeccable!! Cleaned up after themselves, respected out home, needed to pick up additional parts and came right back and finished the job. We could not be happier!! Price was as quoted and home feels wonderful! Thank you Mr. Hayes!! And done in hours not days!!

People like this put thumbtack on a bad spot where you have contractors skim customers. I paid Dexter in full against my judgment after he made his plea about trust. It's been three weeks, and he has avoided my calls. I even used a different # to call, and he played an Oscar role acting like he wasn't the one on the phone. I will definitely follow through with a small claims court. Avoid him at all cost

Michael is a mulnupitive/persuasive type of individual, the first job I did for him he paid me less than what I asked for, telling me we're building a working relationship and he will have more work for me later. I took what he was saying under consideration and allowed him to pay me the short funds. The next time I did work for Michael it was at another (near) location, more repairs, more expensive, lesser Labor price and he still held on to money that he shouldn't have, because Service was Rendered. The next time he called me I did the job, the people Moved In he paid me and I left...(under paid) remember. Good Luck Michael, God Bless!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will provide 20% Discount prices twice a year, starting (Jan.) at the beginning of the year and another one in (Dec.) at the end of the year.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended HVAC Repair/Installation coures at Atlanta Area Tech. I also took several related courses with the Apartment Industry in reference to Maintenance Service.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started back in the year of 1997 at Atlanta Area Tech. where I was enrolled for HVAC Technician and I worked in the Apartment industry for over 22 years.
