Other than him subcontracting the work everything went fine. Repair was completed quick and though there was a language barrier with the subcontractor he came prepared to work through it.

I needed a lot of work done in a small window of time and Kal responded to my request within minutes. He met me the next day on time and patiently walked through the many projects I needed. It entailed everything from interior painting, fascia repairs, pressure washing, wood repair, water leak in the ceiling repair, toilet repair, and the many items I added on as the work was being completed.
