He responded to my ad the moment I posted it and set up an appt for the same day. He changed out my Kitchen and bathroom faucets. Gave recommendations for my shower. He was also was able to install 4 light fixtures. Highly recommended. He was on time, good price and was quick and efficient with his work.

Kadeem is exceptional. He is professional and affable. In addition, he’s a realtor and provided advice on how renovations would impact my home value/closing. Further, he did such a good job the first time repairing a wall, I asked if he was available days later for a different job when in a time crunch and he worked around his busy schedule to come over early. I highly recommend.

Mr. K. Wells not only replaced and installed several light fixtures but two of the fixtures had to be put together and they had many pieces, but he put it together flawlessly and timely, and without complaint. He also fixed a ceiling fan by replacing the motor. He put together and installed two other ceiling fans, mounted a television with hidden wires, and hung flush a very heavy lighted mirror. Mr. K. Wells work ethic is impeccable and he is very skilled and knowledgeable in his craft. I highly recommend his services and look forward to working with him with other projects.
