The team at Manerva Construction did a fantastic job on a full apartment renovation I had done at an apartment building that I own. This included full unit painting, vinyl plank floor installation and vanity, lights & toilet installation among other things. As a working professional who owns rentals, I’ve had my share of experiences with unethical and unprofessional contractors. It’s such a breath of fresh air when you come across a contracting team, that values integrity, and delivering on what’s agreed-upon. They made the process worry free for someone like myself who is very busy. I’ve worked with enough contractors to know when you’re dealing with a team that is accepting jobs to feed their pipeline with little concern on delivering within deadlines or the financial strain that can cause for the client. That was not the experience with this team, efficiency, professionalism, and high-quality work. I would definitely work with this team again on future projects!

Manerva Construction assembled and mounted a television for me. Every contractor I contacted quoted me for a 6-8 hour job due to the complexity of the entertainment center that I purchased. Manerva Construction quoted me 3 hours and they had it done on time! I love this company!!

I am so happy that I found Manerva Construction! I hired this company to build a fence for me. The fence is absolutely beautiful!! The company showed up on time, worked efficiently, was cost effective, and most of all the team members had such great spirits! This is now my go to company for all my handyman needs.
