MBA Handyman

Introduction: You are a busy professional that is tired of budget results from questionable, unreliable, low-cost providers. I have an MBA, an Engineering degree, and used to work in Corporate America. These days I look for customers like you. My rate, small jobs, less than a day, are $125 for the first hour and $87.50 for each additional hour. On jobs longer than a day, I’ll come see the project, discuss with you, and give a quote. I’m polite, courteous, and my work is highly professional. No heavy or dirty tools on your expensive furniture. No tracking mud and dirt all over your house. Before joining the corporate ranks, I ran Nuclear Reactors on Submarines for the US Navy, and programmed computers to run massive chillers and boilers found in office buildings and data centers. Somewhere along the way I finished my MBA; upon graduation I went to work as a Commercial Real Estate consultant. My customers were companies like Microsoft, Google, and Verizon (humble brag). In my spare time I flip houses and do the upkeep on my rental properties. I’ve been investing in real estate for about 10 years now. I’m an auto enthusiast and have another side business programming and tuning PCM computers for highly modified cars (Supercharged Corvettes, Turbo Mustangs, things like that). What I’m trying to say is that I do it all. Also a straight shooter; if it turns out I can’t do it, or I would be “learning on your job”, I’ll be up front. Leverage my 20+ years of experience in owning rental property, flipping houses, running submarine reactors, programming computer systems, and wrenching on cars.
