FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing (and most photographer's pricing) reflects not only the time I spend taking photos of you, but editing, keeping up with my equipment, the hours we spend preparing, and anything we may not have that we may need to pay to rent. Photographers don't charge exorbitant amounts for nothing, we spend a long time perfecting our skills to give you the photos of your dreams, and sometimes you might have to pay a little more for that! The main thing you should remember is that cheaper does not equal better. If you want the best photos you can, consider your photography session an investment, and be willing to invest what you think *you* are worth! We can always work out a payment plan, or choose a smaller package to fit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer the first thing I try to do is get to know them. What is important to them in their photos? Are you capturing a milestone, are you rebranding yourself, what are you looking for your photographs to say? I want to give you the best possible photos, and to do that I try to make sure I know exactly what my client is thinking and expecting, so I can exceed their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Photography from Savannah College of Art and Design, and have worked with and under many great photographers to learn how to hone my craft to the best of my ability.
