it has been my pleasure to have Michael Bonetti as my golf fitness instructor for several years-When I first started working out with Michael, I was having lower back pain and flexibility issues-I no longer have any issues with my lower back and have greatly increased my strength while gaining flexibility and greater turn in my golf swing-I highly recommend Michael to anyone who plays golf on a regular basis and is looking to move their game up a level or two-

Michael Bonetti is one of the best personal trainers I have known. I trained with Michael for three years before moving overseas. He helped me in great ways increasing my flexibility, strength, and stamina. I would recommend him to anyone needing a good trainer.
