- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest provider, nor are we the most expensive either. We set a $2000 project minimum in order to protect the quality of our work and our schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact is made, followed by a free design consultation. You’ll receive a mockup of the proposed display, then we’ll get you scheduled when you’re ready to move forward :)
