FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size, age, and type of property, as well as any additional services requested. Add-ons such as thermal imaging, mold or air quality testing, sewer scope, or radon testing may increase the total cost. Please note that when multiple inspectors are selected on Thumbtack, each inspector is charged for the lead, so we kindly ask customers to select one inspector at a time if they would like to connect directly. We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no surprises, and we’re happy to provide a custom quote based on your property and inspection needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering basic details about the property and your inspection needs, then we provide a quote and schedule the appointment. During the inspection, we carefully evaluate the home and document my findings with photos. Afterward, we send a detailed digital report and make ourselves available for any follow-up questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve received training through InterNACHI, one of the leading home inspector education organizations, and we also have a background in construction project management. Together, that gives us both formal inspection knowledge and practical field experience that helps us evaluate homes thoroughly and professionally.
