The main thing that I asked this provider to do was take care of the DUST and animal hair. I paid him $400 for a 1300 sq foot condo. There was hardly anything else to do but dust and mop as there was zero furniture anywhere in the home. I came back to find the bulbs and light posts completely covered in dust (still) and had to re-vacuum both floors of the home. I did not take pictures of the dirt that was left over because I had to quickly take care of that myself to prepare for the painters coming at 8am the next morning. I NEVER write poor reviews but I don't want this to happen to someone else. Did a great job with the pressure washing my 8x14 patio, which he charged me 150 to do.
