Introduction: We have several ways to make sure our maids are positive, trustworthy & rockstar cleaners.
Our employment process is extremely thorough - in-person interviews and test cleanings help weed out those who aren't committed, qualified professionals early in the hiring process.
We only hire highly experienced cleaners who have great employment history & require them to provide at least 3 previous clients we can interview to verify the quality of their worksmanship, attitude & punctuality.
All our cleaners have passed a national background check, as well as additional aptitude tests to determine if they are a good fit for Intown Maids and our clients.
Our ratings system quickly filters out those who do not live up to our quality standards. After each cleaning you will be sent a simple survey. Positive survey responses can lead to a performance bonus while negative responses can result in probation and even termination.

I love seeing the looks on our client's faces when they first walk into their spotless house after we're finished with it...it's absolutely priceless! Plus, I love being able to get to know our cleaners personally and helping them be successful in providing a lifestyle that allows them to set their own hours, take care of their children, and most importantly, pay bills and put food on the table.
