Our pricing is transparent, flat-rate, and based on square footage, condition, and frequency. We offer bundle discounts for Airbnb hosts and recurring clients. No hidden fees — and we include photo updates, scent finish, and light staging in every clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a few quick questions (square footage, type of space, preferred timing), then offer a clear quote and optional walk-through. Once booked, we send a prep checklist and arrive with everything needed. After the service, you’ll receive a thank-you message, photo confirmation, and an option to set up recurring cleans if desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Beyond hands-on residential and commercial training, I’ve developed a private 3-tier checklist system that ensures no corner is missed. My cleaners are trained in hospitality-level presentation — towel folding, scent management, and subtle final touches.
