I hired this company beginning of the month after becoming overwhelmed with a newborn and overcoming a c-section surgery. I am beyond glad that I made thus decision. The promptness after sending an email to get the information and when they could come out to my home was less than 20 minutes. When they came they were very polite, did a very good job cleaning and dint spend all day. I will definitely be contacting them again next month!

The cleaning woman was 15 minute late, which is understandable to an extent because of Atlanta traffic. When she arrived, she didn’t apologize for being late but rather asked if I want our apartment vacuumed... which part of a cleaning (unless i’m mistaken?!).
All in all the cleaning was okay. She left a sink full of dirty dishes and the floors were still dusty. The bathroom looks wonderful but she didn’t dust at (or what it appears) in the bedroom.

Hi Lindsey. I apologize for any miscommunication. Customer service is very important to us so I understand that an apology should have come from the cleaning tech in addition to the agent you were in communication with.
The question of vacuuming was about the beautiful rug that you stated had possible issues of shedding. We want to treat your personal items with the best care possible.
I apologize but dishes are not part of any of our cleaning packages. If items are left in the sink we will not be able to touch them.
I understand you are not satisfied with the level of dusting in your bedroom and your floors. We are more than happy to send a tech out today to fix this.

I use to be skeptical about having others clean for me because of the amazing job I can do. But with work and School and other life matters, I was at a point where I needed help. I contacted Diversified Cleaning Services and learned this was the best decision I’ve made. They were on time and wasted no time getting started. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is to understand their needs. Getting your home ready for a new baby and a traveler that wants maintained cleaning while they are on the road will require different steps in making and keeping our new customer happy. Once we have completely identified your needs we then gather all of the pertinent information needed to complete the job and confirm with you the cleaning technician that will be servicing your home/facility.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaning technicians receive individual and on the job training about products, procedures and disposal practices before ever being allowed in the field alone. These training allows us complete confidence in our jobs being completed accurately and efficiently.
