Available Discounts Recurring Service Discount Clients who book ongoing services receive preferred pricing: Weekly: Up to 20% off Bi-weekly: 10–15% off Monthly: 5–10% off First-Time Client Discount New clients may receive a limited-time introductory rate on their first cleaning. Referral Rewards Refer a friend or family member and receive a credit toward your next cleaning once their service is completed. Bundle & Add-On Savings Save when combining services such as deep cleaning, interior appliances, or move-in/move-out packages. Service Fees Initial / Deep Cleaning Fee First-time cleanings or homes that require extra attention may include a one-time deep cleaning fee to bring the home up to maintenance standard. Same-Day / Rush Booking Fee Last-minute or expedited services may include an additional charge based on availability. Cancellation Fee Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a fee. Lockout Fee If our team is unable to access the home upon arrival, a lockout fee may apply. Excessive Condition Fee Homes requiring significantly more time due to heavy buildup, pet hair, or clutter may incur an additional charge. Add-On Services Optional services (inside oven, fridge, cabinets, etc.) are priced separately and added to your base cleaning rate.
