The team was incredibly professional, arriving on time and ready to tackle every corner of my home with care and precision. They didn’t miss a single detail—every surface sparkled, and even the hard-to-reach spots looked brand new. What truly set them apart was the thoughtful touch of bringing a candle from their own candle business. The scent was absolutely lovely. The candle was only $10, and honestly, it was worth every penny! I couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely be booking with JCS Cleaning Services again.

Unreliable and Unprofessional Experience I would not recommend JCS Cleaning based on my recent experience. I scheduled a house cleaning for Friday, June 8, 2025. On the morning of the appointment, I received a series of texts citing issues such as traffic, a flat tire, and eventually that the tire had fallen off—leading to a cancellation. Understanding that unexpected issues can arise, I agreed to reschedule for the following morning. Unfortunately, they failed to show up again—this time without any notice or communication. After waiting over an hour, it became clear they were not coming. The complete lack of professionalism and follow-through was incredibly frustrating. If you’re looking for a cleaning service you can depend on, I recommend looking elsewhere.
