- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first arrive at a client's home the day of the scheduled cleaning, I will do a walkthrough with them. That will give the client a chance to communicate their needs (or any special requests) to me, and it also helps me to get a better understanding of what needs to be done beforehand.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally started out 9 years ago working with a cleaning company back in Michigan. Over the years I have gained lots of knowledge and experience through working in the field. It became something that I had a passion for, so I decided to start my own company.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have amazing clients! I've worked with clients who have specific requests for cleaning, light, standard, to deep cleanings. I have also had clients that required an intense deep cleaning after a hoarding removal. Its a rewarding feeling to be able to help people in their time of need.
