All I can say is, "Wow,"! This is why I use Thumbtack. I have made around 15 hires on Thumbtack and I would rank Kristel number #1. She takes great pride in her work. She is thorough, pleasant to work with and she is a women of integrity. I have already told my neighbor about Kristel and I plan on telling my boss and all of my friends about her incredible value that she provides for the work that she does. She also details cars and she ended up detailing all of our cars. She made them look like brand new cars. Kristel is a woman of her word. I needed someone at the last minute to do a move out cleaning. I got response from others but they were not available for the time I needed them. I spoke to Kristel the morning of & she was in the middle of another project but she can come that day at 5. I said ok. The time was arriving but she let me know she’s running late but she will be her because she knew I was counting on her. She showed despite what happened to her. She came with a pleasant cheerful demeanor & did her job. She clean my 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house & she didn’t cut corners. She did explain to me what happened to her earlier in the day that would of stopped most people in their tracks. I commend her for pushing through & doing a great job!
