This is the third cleaner I have worked with via Thumbtack and I like them the best. They have a dedicated central administration team that is very responsive, very helpful, very friendly. The entire interaction was professional and informative. The price quoted was the lowest of the three entities I worked with, so I was impressed when the team arrived (they sent two staff - not just one!) early, and then quickly, efficiently, and effectively completed cleaning my entire home. The attention to details was appreciated. My only concern, which I shared with the central office, was that some areas on the ground floor were not cleaned as well. The manager immediately offered to send a follow up team within 48 hours, which I REALLY appreciated. Luckily, that is the guest room level so I said I would be fine waiting for the next visit. All things considered, this was definitely a 5-star experience, and I already have my second appointment scheduled. Thank you!!

Anna and her team arrived in time and cleaned the entire house(new construction- no furnitures or decor) in mostly an hour time and left home clean and sparkling. We needed pre move in cleaning and it was done well.

I’m was very pleased with how well they cleaned my downstairs area. The kitchen was sparkling. Did an excellent job on cleaning my stove and refrigerator. They both were in bad shape. I only saw the upstairs bathroom and they did a good job with that. I will have wait until my daughter returns to give a review of the rest of the upstairs area. I would hired this team again.
