I have to be honest. The way that Passionate Cleaners conducted the whole process from beginning to the end was something I was not use to . First and foremost they started off with a quick meeting which I LOVED . We discussed my problem areas and Pricing and then proceeded with the initial walkthrough. They started cleaning shortly after and as they finished different areas of the house they had me do another walkthrough with them. This is something else I absolutely LOOOVED.
I didn’t feel like they were in my house just to collect a quick buck. You could tell that these cleaners take pride in their jobs and really wanted to make sure I was satisfied . Customer service is big for me and their communication through out the process was amazing.
They did a really good job and I can’t stress enough how much I loved how they communicated with me along the way.
You guys earned the 5 stars I’m giving and I hope for many more to come.

I am so happy we booked rhonda and her crew. They were so patient with me during the consultation I had a lot of questions and she answered them and not once did I feel like I was being rushed. When they came to my home they worked fast and efficient. My home still smells so good and they was here 4 days ago! We already booked our next clean.
