Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The cleaner changed the price on the same day of the appointment, just an hour before arrival. Although I agreed to the new price, they did not show up. We rescheduled for the next day, but I never heard back despite reaching out multiple times. A simple cancellation notice would have been appreciated.

work wasn't completed; she left didn't notify that she was leaving even though she had everyone's phone contact leaving the house door open for anyone to enter. while I understand it was a lot that had to be done if she wasn't able or willing to do it, she could have said so when she arrived and not leave our house door open
