It was easy to schedule and they updated me with any changes along the way. This job was a tenant move in , the home had no water and they still were able to clean everything (used next door neighbors spigot with their permission) Will definitely use them again.

I used this company once, but my experience had two very different parts. The first cleaner, Olivia N, did not properly complete the deep cleaning. Instead, it felt more like a surface-level cleaning, similar to the kind of quick cleaning you do before your mom gets home so you do not get in trouble. Many areas that should have been addressed in a deep clean were left unfinished or untouched, which was really disappointing.
Because of that experience, I requested another cleaner to come back and complete the job properly. That is when I worked with Markeyia Benton, and the difference was noticeable in every way. She truly understands what a deep cleaning includes, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. Every area that was previously missed, she addressed, plus more, and she made sure I was satisfied before she left.
Thanks to Markeyia’s professionalism and thorough work, my home finally feels thoroughly cleaned.

I requested a deep clean including blinds, fan blades, baseboards of a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house. The lady came by herself and was only scheduled a time slot of 3 hours. She stayed for 6 but had to leave before finishing. Owner offered to send her back to complete. I had already been gone from my house for 6 hours. I declined. I requested a discount, which he gave me. Did find other things not done after. Owner polite, but would not use again.
