I scheduled this cleaning almost 12 hours in advance so I have no time to schedule anyone else. They quoted me two hours for deep cleaning, two bedrooms, two baths and the rest of the fridge that you see pictured here. When they came, they decided to look first, which is fine I also said after these things were completed there are other things if possible that need to be .I understand you have to assess. I asked them is it doable or is there an issue because there was a lot of conversation with their boss in Spanish that I did not understand. The boss decided because she assumed I would not be satisfied with the services that would’ve been completing in two hours that they were not doing the service at all. My suggestion for future clients and communication purposes is to ask the client what they will be satisfied with and not assume because now I am left by myself to clean everything and no backup cleaners. There were two cleaners they could’ve did one bedroom and the refrigerator and I would’ve been satisfied and even paid $100 or less than what was quoted. Didn’t even get that option because they went to their car and had their boss talk to me instead of telling me or asking me if that was OK. I will not recommend or use your service again. Even after I told you, I would’ve been satisfied with what you could give me you still told me you would not have been satisfied you can’t assume something for someone else that’s not how it works.
