I had a great experience and my couch smells so good and looks brand new! I will be hiring again! I have two cats and a GP puppy and after the cleaning you would never be able to tell that animals have been on that couch.
Tairo was responsive and efficient. I bought a couch off of Facebook marketplace and he was able to come and quickly freshen it up at a moments notice so I could enjoy it comfortably in my new home! Would recommend!
