I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, and sound healing practitioner. I identify as an Alchemical Hypnotherapist, blending suggestion, Reiki and singing bowls to facilitate the ultimate hypnotic experience. I am skilled at recognizing and shifting limiting beliefs, and have an innate ability to deeply connect to clients. These qualities and tools naturally engage the subconscious mind to shift habits and patterns, as well as facilitate emotional release with grace and ease. I educate clients about what hypnosis actually is, as well as the workings of our subconscious and conscious minds. The educational experience and tools provided empower clients to actively participate in their own transformation, which speeds the process (hypnotherapy IS a process) and ultimately, saves time and money. Overall, I help people learn to live in alignment with their Higher Purpose and unconditional love. I work with a lot of clients on weight loss, self esteem, confidence, intimacy, relationships, connection and communication, and creativity. I love inner child work, as well as helping people move beyond addictive behavior (sex, alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, gambling, love, etc.), I am graced with the opportunity to help people help themselves on a daily basis.
