Augusta, After working with your ex-husband Geoffrey, we have ascertained that you both were clients that were unable to be served due to severe nativity, emotional outburst, & an inability to understand construction processes & building to code. Thus, us declining to work with you further after repeated emotional outbursts due to misunderstandings like not using copper pipes when they are not to code (Pex has ben used for 25 years), wall mounted base cabinet mounted on 3 separate studs (extremely secure) especially secure since they underwent extensive repair on your historic home due to severe rodent damage (Something that you should have addressed immediately with an exterminator as you have a very established rat colony), we had discussions about doing a custom fabricated stone sink (your ex-husband Geoffrey, the client, advised this would take an additional 2 weeks & require more labor & materials as it was a change to the original order of 2cm countertop w/ceramic sink). Not to forget, the various demented claims or comments that the business was a scam or there was fraud being committed when building materials were shipped to the jobsite with delivery name "Geoffrey Delano" (done for accounting purposes as that is the job name). Or the claim that having tradesmen install the firm's designs is not typical of a design & build firm. Everyone at Delano Designs has a passion for what they do, how they create, & most importantly our clients we serve. Which is why We’d like to say, we're glad we were able to Design & Build a beautiful bathroom for Geoffrey even though it was not a pleasant experience for you both.
