Every individual who entered your home was a known, vetted member of the Hawaii’s Luxe Interiors team or an approved vendor, and you were always informed in advance. A lead representative from Hawaii’s Luxe Interiors was present for the all of site visits and actively involved in coordinating and supervising the work throughout the project. Like many large-scale design projects, there were unavoidable delays related to production, shipping, and third-party scheduling, all of which were communicated consistently. Despite ongoing challenges, Hawaii’s Luxe Interiors remained committed to addressing concerns, arranging repairs, and completing all agreed-upon items in good faith.
