Stephen and team did a great job and fixed not only what we asked them to but were also able to correct some issues that former contractors had created so that further problems would not cause issues for us in the future. Very happy with their work to replace and paint some rotten siding and will definitely be using them again.

Dunwoody Painters exceeded all of my expectations! The entire process was seamless and professional. Within a few hours of submitting for an estimate on their website, I got a phone call from Stephen and from then the job was completed in under two weeks. The prep work Luis & the rest of the crew did was impeccable - they repaired wood framing and drywall so that it looked like there were never imperfections to begin with. The paint was incredibly well done, and Stephen had me for a walkthrough on the last day of the job to ensure that everything was perfect. They used high quality materials and are fairly priced. I was also very pleased with the communication throughout the process. Everyone was so kind and it is obvious they take pride in the work that they do. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future!

This team was absolutely fantastic to work with. Stephen was quick to get a quote scheduled for me and was able to work me in quickly so that my place to get painted before I moved from out of state. We do a custom quote for each job. We want to understand your vision for the project, and we need to physically see the job to provide the most accurate price and gauge the scope of the work. Wall heights, surface repairs, surface textures, paint quality, etc. all play a role in the price. We will provide you with a free estimate upfront so there are no hidden fees or surprises. Payment is typically collected at the end of the project and after you've had a chance to inspect the work; we don't require any deposit. Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact the customer after receiving their estimate request.
2. Find a day & time when we can meet at the property being painted
3. Listen to the customer's needs and expectations for the project.
4. Enter the project details in our computer to create the proposal for the project.
5. Review the proposal with the customer to ensure all the details were captured.
6. Answer any questions from customer.
7. Leave a proposal with the customer.
8. Follow-up with the customer within 1 - 2 weeks.
