I reached out for an estimate of what it would cost to finish a basement, and ICS responded immediately. At 10pm! They asked great questions about timeline and budget, and were willing to speak to me about a project for a house I had not even closed on yet. They made it easy to plan my basement project!

I had a hole that needed patching. Isaiah was friendly, courteous and able to fix it very quickly. He was very responsive and professional and fixed the hole in no time. Highly recommend working with him!!
Isaiah did a great job on a drywall repair job for us.
He reinstalled a cast iron hand rail that had been installed poorly by the tradesman that made it and it had fallen off the wall.
Now we have a safer and secure handrail with no holes in the wall.
Isaiah and Jay did an excellent job hanging our swing. We had a unique project request with the install of a swing between two trees. They were creative in their approach and did a great job with the install. Thanks again!

Isaiah is very professional and down to earth. We discussed the project on Thursday. On Saturday morning, he came on time and completed refinishing my front door in 3 hours. Electronic invoice, payment and receipt was taken care of promptly. This high level of customer service is rare for contractors. Isaiah took the time to explain the sanding and staining process to me because I asked about a DIY project in the future when it comes time to refinish my door again. I think I would rather hire Isaiah again.

We are very competitive in the market. A flat rate per day on multi day projects and a great hourly rate for things under a day. I also use industry leading tools and knowledge to apply to the job.
