I was very pleased with Painter 1 of Atlanta. Nyierre was professional and easy to work with. The weather presented problems because of several days of rain. They were, however, able to do pressuring washing and siding repair, during a short break in the weather, and come back once we had a clear day and do the actual painting. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I would not work with them again. The work was good quality (except for getting some paint on my antique chest) and the price was great. However, communication and professionalism were poor. They delayed their arrival time repeatedly without calling or texting us. They were supposed to start at 9:30 on Tuesday and ended up starting at 5 pm on Wednesday. And at 9:30 pm the painter told me "this is more work than I agreed to--you need to talk to the office to negotiate a price change." I don't mind the higher price (would have agreed to it up front), but they need to honor the agreed-on price, and I really didn't need the drama of the guy stopping work to tell me that. And I didn't need him being in my living room at 9:30 pm. Also, Painter1 appears to be kinda like Roto Router--they subcontract independent painters. I feel bad that they took a cut and all the money didn't go to the guy who did the work.
