- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to try and work with the customer to give them the best deal for their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would try and visit the property, with the customer, to talk about what they are looking for. Once that conversation is had and I understand the assignment, we are going to go out of our way to make the customers experience wonderful. If any problem arise, I would contact the POC and let them know what it is and together we will find a solution. Customer Service is our main priority.

I have been painting and doing repairs for over 10 years now.
