Unfortunately Ms Tameka purchased the incorrect paint meaning we were mixing paint between gloss and flat while working and had no idea there’s almost no way to tell from painters when paint is still wet before drying and blending weather it is gloss or paint she texted me a week later saying the walls do not look correct and just realized she purchase the wrong paint which were both flat and gloss I had two of my guys with me one of them which she mentioned was there to learn helping with minor things and the other me and him both are the main painters which that what we were doing in and out was not there for no longer than 4 hours everything was done all 2 rooms and master bedroom I only charge her labor for $350 when this was a $2500 project things shown in the pictures is minor and can be fixed automatically except wall blending damage which was Ms Tameka responsibility because she bought the incorrect paint I explained this to Ms Tameka through text messages “ being aware you bought paint Ms Tameka things was not on my end as any outcome issues you never mix paint it will not blend correctly or at all even if its the same color I really suggest my clients to get exact matching paint because it will mess my work up and I wasn’t well no one was really aware even you that until now, a week later the paint was incorrect I texted you the next day when everything dried up and blended checking if everything blended correctly you told me it looked great and left me a 5 star review I do my job the best as I can to do things correctly and precise and a great job for the price that I gave you for that work that needed to be done but mixing paints is more than bad it will never come out correctly I can finish behind the toilet unfortunately if I have to come back to repaint the areas again the price will be the same as it’s gonna entail the same labor” which I discussed with Ms Tameka every since I told her I will charge her labor for the walls she’s been very rude to me texting me crazy and so on even leaving a bad review which is crazy! when she left me a great review a week before the negative I wouldn’t suggest anyone deal with this lady she is very delusional, janky, and bad for business Ms Tameka told me I never messed up her house painting I have every single message she told me I did a great job and that’s exactly why she tipped me I even always make sure my clients look at the painting before I leave the house to make sure everything looks good I am not unprofessional and always keep things professional even through the negative and even if I did make a minor mistake I will fix it! I hardly make many any mistakes but I’m only human every one does she was not mad about minor issues other the wall which I was scheduled to come fix my mistakes and we’re going to until discussing the cost of re painting the wall labor that’s when everything started she will have to accept accountability because it will continue with any one that deals with her and not bring all of that negative to me or my business when that was her responsibility as a client to get to correct paint but hey
