- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the level of support and time we’ll be working together. I offer clear, upfront rates with no hidden fees, and I’m happy to discuss options to find a coaching plan that fits your goals and budget. I accept payments directly as well as through Apple Pay, credit cards, PayPal, and Zelle, so you can choose whatever is easiest for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a complimentary introductory call to discuss your goals, challenges, and what you’d like support with. From there, we create a coaching plan tailored to your needs and begin regular sessions by phone or video, focusing on clarity, emotional balance, and forward progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My work is supported by formal coaching education as well as extensive real-world experience in emotional wellness, communication, and personal development. I combine structured coaching techniques with intuitive and practical tools to help clients create meaningful, lasting change.
