- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rescheduling Policy: 24-Hour Notice: All clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice, prior to the scheduled session, to reschedule a session. Rescheduling Fee: Each session rescheduled within 24 hours of an appointment incurs a $50 fee. No-Shows: If the Couple fails to attend a scheduled session without providing the required 24-hour notice, the full session fee is charged. An option to reschedule with the credited payment amount is available after payment is received. Thumbtack will not issue a refund and neither will SheInspiringMe LLC.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything we do in the intake is purposeful. It helps us customize your experience and prepare you for a coaching process that is focused, aligned, and truly transformative. Our intake process is designed to set you up for success from the very beginning. We take you through a clear, intentional, and slightly rigorous series of steps that help us understand your relationship on a deeper level. This allows us to identify the real challenges quickly and create a tailored plan that fits your unique dynamic. While the process is thorough, it’s also incredibly supportive. It ensures we start off on the right foot, gives both partners space to be heard, and helps us map out the most effective path forward. This level of clarity is one of the reasons our work creates meaningful transformation in a shorter amount of time.
