- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most cases I can accommodate a flat rate pricing, depending on the vehicle, location, request of transfer to qualify. Our rates range from hourly, one-way transfer, round trip, and as directed charters. Please give me all the details of what you are trying to do and I will suggest the best options to save you time and money providing a luxury service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know our clients needs and expectations. We will get a clear understanding of your needs and YourAutoConcierge will provide the options for you and help you decide what works for you. A simple phone call or email/text message will suffice to get the ball rolling, I also have forms online you can fill out request information sent directly to me.
