- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on Distance + Man ours + number of persons needed + Equipment rental (such as larger trucks or box trucks if necessary) + Insurance fees + Materials + Lodging
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce ourselves. Ask for a overview of what needs to be done. Then explain our process on what it's going to take to complete the job. Also alert the customer of any possible problems before hand in case it shifts job requirements. Then we’ll get a contractual agreement outlining our agreed upon arrangements. After both parties sign our job begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience in moving and long distance moving. Every person on our team has 7 plus years experience!
