I have been working with Mic for a few months now. We have made progress on the things I was struggling with and he has helped me with other ideas as well. I am satisfied to date with the services provided. It took me a long time to make the commitment to getting a life coach, I do not regret the decision other than I should not have waited so long. My expectations were far exceeded. I asked for help with getting my business in compliance with some HIPAA, PHI and Data Protection regulations. TB Consulting was brought in to develop my company's onsite training department. While we had an image of the end in mind, we had no clue of where to start to meet the end image. Their consulting expect was a jewel! She exceeded my expectations by making more than a few suggestions on where to start with implementation. In addition to implementation she offered recommendations on how we could continue to enrich the training department over the coming years. She offered a fresh prospective, personal experiences and provided insight into pros & cons on particular software. While we only used TB Consulting for the setup of our training department. Maranda was a great choice when it came time create and produce a complete bio and one sheet for my artistry. She was attentive to my needs and request and composed a great piece. Her word play her time management were impressive. The one sheet she completed was vivid and unexpected. I didn't know how important it was to have one sheets these days, but it has come more handy than my bio. Great idea!     I have worked with Andy Goldstrom of Midcourse Advisors for over 15 years. We first met when I was VP, Supply Chain at Interface when we retained Andy and his firm, USI, to be a management consultant for our global real estate needs. I find Andy's integrity, steady confidence, candor, and straightforward approach to be extremely refreshing. Andy is genuine. He is the same person whether he is sitting across the desk from you working through a business issue or if he is hanging out at a back-yard barbeque. Andy always takes the long view - I never felt like he was "selling" me on something that was not in my best interest regardless of the potential impact on his business results.

      Chandra put a budget together for our business. We were please with the first assignment which gave us details on our current position and our future's potential. Later, we called Chandra again to get her more involve in setting up our new location. We were most impress by Chandra's timely fashion, her commitment to confidentiality, meeting deadlines and bring reports when promised. Chandra met with me face to face and spoke with clarity; she returned every phone call, text and e-mail. Her current follows up are awesome keeping us focus and on track to complete the task at hand and moving forward to accomplishing some of our online goals. We appreciated the passion and energy she demonstrated when discussing details about our business plans. It would probably be on my part to improve on my technology skills. Maybe she can teach a class on technology on certain programs and software that would be most beneficial to her clients' needs or recommend her clients get trained/educated in the areas which will help them run a proficiency business. ( ie.: Software and programs you need to know.)
