Charles was a very knowledgable welder. He worked with me in more than one projects and was happy with the results (if not more than happy). When we started our biggest project together, I happened to pay him in advance of doing the work and he never finished the work he was supposed to. That left me with a lot of problems with my manager as I trusted he would finish the work he was supposed to, but he never came back. He came up with excuses that only made the problem worse. I would recommend that you should only hire him if you are going to pay him after the job is complete.
