Pro responded immediately upon initial contact, stated he provides professional service, however work seem to be very beginner friendly, the out side of the vehicle was cleaned well, however windows were streaky, the seats appeared that they weren’t attempted at all, dog hair still remain on the inside of the vehicle yet he put down plastic as if it was cleaned, lack of detail to minor things, ac vents were still dusty as well as other parts of the vehicle. Lastly during the inital consult the pro stated one price but once payment was sent (prior to service) he stated another amount. After service was completed asked the pro where the seat cleaning not included he failed to respond. Overall the pro was pleasant but the service could be better
