From our family-run food truck, our mission is to enhance a southern staple by blending 8 kinds of cheese from "around the world", baking it to "oozing" perfection, or rolling it into golden fried balls. We also offer the most authentic tasting 100% Vegan 3 "cheese" option, in the Atlanta area. Why Mac and Cheese food truck? Truthfully? Because I freaking love cheese! Over the years, I have created and refined various recipes and additions to this indulgence and have received overwhelming accolades for my original, fried, and vegan mac and cheese recipes. We also offer a variety of proteins such as Fried Chicken Wings, Lamb Lollipops, Fried and Grilled Shrimp, Crab cakes, Salmon nuggets, and more. Although, my passion for mac and cheese in particular is based on my love for cheese; my desire to run a food truck is driven by something even bigger and more important…COMMUNITY. Wherever we park our truck “We Are The Cheesiest On The Block"!

Hired Mac Queen to vend for my office staff, they showed up on time and quickly fed everyone. They offered vegan mac and regular mac the lamb lollipops were a hit! Would definitely use these sweet ladies again.
