- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing a rapport with each person we speak with from introduction to estimate is important for us. Once we have connected, evaluated your needs, and booked you on our schedule, we maintain communication to confirm services are still needed, verify intended arrival; arrival early or on time, and work efficiently to get the job done. If a contract or work being performed is desired, we will draft a contract for review to an invoice and bill at the end of services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Professionally working in housing services, I observed a gap between the clients finding housing and not having the necessary strength/labor to smoothly transition from one housing arrangement to another(rather it be packing their belongings, driving a moving vehicle, moving household goods and furniture, or even unpacking) to settle into their new home. Wanting to meet the need for individuals who may not have access to moving support, prompted the start of our company to assist with these services at a fair and affordable price to minimize the burden and stress during a time of transition and need.
