I hired this company because we had to move out unexpectedly. I hired this company to arrive at 8am because it was crucial that we moved everything out before a certain time. They didn’t arrive until close to 10:30am. Also, the logo of the company is a box truck picture so I’m assuming they have a truck to load all of my furniture. They pulled up in a trailer which I wish they would’ve advertised on the ad. This was very misleading. My dresser was scratched at the bottom because it was dragged on the floor. My couch was stained because it was also dragged on the floor. This was a 2 person crew consisting of 1 girl and 1 guy. The girl was on the phone talking for half of the job. They also pulled up with no equipment. No dolly, no cloths, no blankets and no Saran wrap. And to top EVERYTHING off, I paid a $50 deposit fee which was suppose to go towards my total. My total was suppose to be $300 but I ended up paying $350 for 2.5 hours. I could’ve just called my friends to come help and load a uhaul.
