I Called American Rent A Mover after speaking with other companies. My situation was unique and required some detailed planning. This was no problem with the company. they took care of my moving need and I would highly recommend them.

The movers were quick and efficient. They showed up an hour late, but it's okay I wasn't on a time restriction.
The only thing that turned me off was when one of the movers asked me if I could pay the remaining balance in cash. Which raised a red flag for me. But other that that, no issues with these movers.

Once again we really appreciated your business. I'm sorry to hear about the unfortunate event with the mover asking for a cash payment. Yet there is an explanation. We had a lot of issues in the field that day and no one was in the office at the time. Also we would love to apologize for the guys showing up later than we agreed upon.

Great group of people to do your moving for you. The crew were professional, respectable, & motivated to get the work done. There was a slight delay in getting a return call from the owner originally, it was cleared short order and business was conducted & completed. I would recommend this company over your more well known expensive movers here in the metro Atlanta area that are a lot less reliable, transparent, and dedicated.

It was the greatest moving experience I have ever had! They were courteous, professional, efficient and very fast! I have nothing wrong to say. Highly recommended! The cost is just the cherry on top.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all we figure out the clients situation. After we are properly introduced and the situation is known the exact number of items becomes the topic of discussion followed by questions of location of pick up and destination.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First off I have over 10+ years in the moving industry. Worked my way up to a coach and a trainer at the 4th moving company called "Big League Movers". In search of career growth I accepted a management job at "Two Men And A Truck". I left the management position to start my own company.
