FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in straightforward pricing with no surprise fees. Our pricing depends on the type of move, number of movers needed, distance, stairs/elevators, and the amount of work involved. We offer both hourly and flat-rate options when appropriate. Before you book, we'll clearly explain the rate, minimums, and any applicable charges so you know what to expect. We also offer labor-only options for customers who already have a truck or moving container. Ask us about current availability and the best option for your move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple. First, we ask a few questions about your move, including the date, locations, property type, inventory, stairs/elevators, and any large or specialty items. Photos or a short video are always helpful. From there, we'll recommend the appropriate crew and service, provide a clear estimate, and confirm the details before booking. On moving day, our crew arrives ready to work efficiently and carefully. After the move, we make sure everything is completed properly and that you're satisfied with the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training is primarily hands-on experience in residential and local moving operations, including loading and unloading, furniture handling, heavy lifting, packing, basic disassembly/reassembly, and working efficiently in different property environments. We focus on proper lifting and handling techniques, protecting furniture and property, and communicating clearly with customers throughout the move. We continue to improve our processes based on real-world moving experience and customer feedback.
