My crew DJ and TJ were excellent!! The communication with them and their dispatcher Roman was awesome. They were all very professional. DJ and TJ handled the move with care. Were very thoughtful on how to load truck and storage unit. To my surprise the load was done in a short period of time. I would use Flex again. My only suggestion would be to ensure your sales person has all your move order information and is correct.

Roman and the team were fabulous from the beginning to end. I called with short notice and they came to the rescue. Roman was professional, anticipated needs I was unaware of to organize and provide a smooth transition. Over and beyond to get the job done despite my lack of knowledge. I recently moved with the help of Flex storage. Although there were some bumps in the road with my moving experience, I really appreciate how they actually care about customer service. I was able to express my concerns, and I actually felt heard.

While the movers themselves were good( slightly slow ), my issue is Rafael. He quoted me a minimum of $480-$600 move for us to move what would fill an entire two bedroom apartment. What he did not decide to be close to us was the storage trailer that got brought to our house was only a 7 x 14 trailer. Due to the size of the trailer, the amount of time that we had to spend maneuvering our furniture and items to fit wound up, costing us extra. From what I feel and believe they do this on purpose to get more money out of you.I paid a $200 deposit, and was told and reassured by Rafael that I would only pay an additional 280 after the move, only to find out after everything was done I was charged an extra $610. On top of the $90 charge that came out of my account the day after our move.From my quote of $480-$600, turned out to be $900. I have called this company several times to speak to Rafael about the miscommunication on his end, but he has done nothing but dodging my calls.Would not recommend anyone to use this company with a place that is bigger than a 1 bedroom.
