My crew DJ and TJ were excellent!! The communication with them and their dispatcher Roman was awesome. They were all very professional. DJ and TJ handled the move with care. Were very thoughtful on how to load truck and storage unit. To my surprise the load was done in a short period of time. I would use Flex again. My only suggestion would be to ensure your sales person has all your move order information and is correct.

Roman and the team were fabulous from the beginning to end. I called with short notice and they came to the rescue. Roman was professional, anticipated needs I was unaware of to organize and provide a smooth transition. Over and beyond to get the job done despite my lack of knowledge.
