Movers were 15 mins late with the wrong truck size and still charged me the 15 minutes over the 4 hour time. Left my screws to my bed at the old property and did not call back when called and asked about it. Left my family friend to reassemble beds and forgot to hook my washer and dryer back up. Did not bring enough blankets to help in this kind of move or a Dolley that was appropriate. I just feel with 4 men and 5 hours, more could have been done with the right truck size and appropriate plan. Ultimately items were moved but I definitely overpaid.

James, Aaron, & Tyler were fantastic! They arrived on time and ready to go. We had lots of heavy furniture and they handled it with care while also being amazingly efficient. They kept asking if they could take more stuff that we had set aside to take ouraleves. When we got to our new house, the crew got everything in and where we wanted it after only going through the layout once. They even put together furniture for us that wasn't put together when they picked it up. Great group of guys and well worth the money! I have already started recommending LIOO Moving to my friends and family.

The team was very professional and polite. They handled my large antique china cabinet with glass doors and shelves with extreme care. I really appreciated their prompt communication to let me know they would be delayed due to unexpected heavy traffic. 100% would recommend and will use again!

I searched around on different review sites and this company seemed to have real honest reviews. After talking with Sarah, she answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with booking online.
After the 3 guys arrived early Ryan, Luke, and I forgot the third guys name did what ever me and my husband requested. After we walked them around our house to show them each room, they immediately went right to work, putting moving blankets on all of my TV’s and furniture.
I watched at first to see how good they were and to make sure they were not going to hit corners or scratch the walls. After 20 minutes of watching, I knew I had 3 experienced guys who were really careful.
I went back to packing some small items that I was going to move 😊 and never gave them another thought.
So if you are in need of a good moving company who DO actually care about your items, look no further.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price different from your average moving company. We charge HOURLY with NO ADDITIONAL/HIDDEN FEES. Every move comes with COMPLIMENTARY assembly/disassembly… we DO NOT charge for stairs… and we DO NOT charge for travel/gas.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give our customers the option to talk on the phone with one of our representatives, or they can book online on our modern-day site. We have employees to monitor our website 24/7 because responsiveness is very important to us.
After our customers book, they receive a confirmation e-mail confirming all the details of their order. Every move we conduct has a team captain that reaches our to ensure that the team comes fully prepared on move day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
80% of our employees have the moving experience of at least two years. Our services are guaranteed perfection, because there is nothing our team has not encountered yet. We do except new movers on our platform, but they have to undergo a training to certify before they start.
