Highly recommend Load and Go! I’ve been slowly moving on my own for weeks with a small coupe and it was such a blessing to have Load and Go’s crew help with all the large furniture pieces. They were very careful with all of my furniture pieces and took special care by wrapping them with moving blankets and shrink wrap, which really put me at ease. Shout out to Jerome and the crew for their impeccable organization skills with getting everything to fit in my 10ft x 10ft storage with walking space to spare! Ultimately, I had an amazing experience with Load and Go and will definitely be reaching back out to them when I’ve got my next place ready to move into. If anyone has a move coming up, this is the go to pro for the job!

The movers were great! They were very nice, pleasant, and easy to work with throughout the entire move. They were efficient, handled my belongings with care, and nothing was damaged. I used Trey and his team for a job. While Trey and the team worked hard, there were several issues with the move.
1.)damage done to hardwoods
2.)damage to TV
3.)items not removed/stored/placed properly
These issues were shared and I was told would be fixed. However after payment I have not heard any feedback after several attempts. This is a character issue and not to be taken lightly.

Hi Robyn, thank you for your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously and have made efforts to address the issues you raised. However, we do want to clarify one important point for anyone reading this review: full payment for the moving services was not received. An outstanding balance was withheld specifically because of the concerns regarding the alleged damages.
Because those concerns were raised, we did not simply take payment and walk away from the situation. We have remained willing to communicate and work toward a reasonable resolution regarding the specific issues you reported.
We’re disappointed that you feel your concerns were not being addressed, as our intention has always been to handle the matter professionally and fairly. We also believe these types of disputes are best resolved directly, with the facts and supporting documentation reviewed by both parties.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. Rates are based on the size of the crew, truck, time required, and services requested. We provide an upfront estimate so customers know what to expect before the move. Additional services such as packing materials, specialty packing, or other requested services may have an additional charge. We do not believe in surprise fees—any additional costs will be discussed with the customer beforehand. Discounts may also be available for certain moves or services, so feel free to ask about current offers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and personalized. We start by learning about your move, including the locations, size of the move, items being transported, and any special requirements. When needed, we conduct a walkthrough to accurately assess the job and provide an estimate. Once you’re ready to move forward, we confirm the date, time, addresses, crew size, and services included. On moving day, our team arrives with the truck, equipment, and necessary materials to handle the move efficiently and professionally. We stay in communication throughout the process and make sure everything is completed according to the agreed-upon plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training is primarily hands-on and experience-based. Our team has extensive experience in residential and commercial moving, including proper lifting and carrying techniques, furniture disassembly and reassembly, packing and protective wrapping, loading and securing items in box trucks, and safely handling large, heavy, and fragile belongings. We continuously build our knowledge through hands-on experience and best practices in the moving and logistics industry. Our focus is on making sure every crew member understands how to handle customers' belongings safely, efficiently, and professionally.
