Edwin was amazing, he was professional and extremely friendly, and he and his coworker finished the job super quickly and even put together a piece of furniture that had come apart due to something the previous movers had done. I’ll be definitely be using them soon for my next job

If we could give Edwin 100 Stars, we would! We are moving and we’re in dire need of help loading a storage pod today. Edwin responded immediately and was at our house a hour later. When he got out of his car we felt a HUGE sense of relief. His politeness, strong muscles incredible work ethic and honesty was certainly appreciated! From helping us carry a refrigerator(up a flight of stairs) , large mattress and heavy slabs of marble to our fragile china & crystal family heirlooms, his level of care was impeccable! Edwin was our 5 star Superman today! We are honored to refer him to all our friends and family in Gwinnett County!

The movers were amazing! They arrived right on time, were careful with everything, and never made me feel like they were in a rush. My process begins with understanding the customer’s specific needs — size of the move, location details, special items, and timing. From there, I provide a clear estimate and explain pricing upfront. Before the move, I confirm all details and answer any questions. On moving day, we arrive prepared with the proper equipment, protect all items carefully, and maintain communication throughout the job. After completion, I ensure everything is placed where the customer wants it and confirm satisfaction before closing out the job. My goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on training in logistics, customer service, and operations management. I’ve developed strong skills in planning, time management, safe lifting techniques, and furniture protection through real-world experience. I’ve also worked in customer-facing roles that strengthened my communication and problem-solving abilities, which are essential in this line of work. Continuous learning and improving systems is something I take seriously in order to deliver consistent results.
