- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with understanding the customer’s specific needs — size of the move, location details, special items, and timing. From there, I provide a clear estimate and explain pricing upfront. Before the move, I confirm all details and answer any questions. On moving day, we arrive prepared with the proper equipment, protect all items carefully, and maintain communication throughout the job. After completion, I ensure everything is placed where the customer wants it and confirm satisfaction before closing out the job. My goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on training in logistics, customer service, and operations management. I’ve developed strong skills in planning, time management, safe lifting techniques, and furniture protection through real-world experience. I’ve also worked in customer-facing roles that strengthened my communication and problem-solving abilities, which are essential in this line of work. Continuous learning and improving systems is something I take seriously in order to deliver consistent results.
